A well-established and dynamic Contractor based in Staffordshire with typical projects ranging Commercial and Industrial to residential builds.


Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the Directors and covering tasks including:
Project Pricing, Reconciling accounts, Pricing works, Site meetings, Staff wages, Quotations for sub-contractors, On-site measurements, Contract management, Take offs, BOQs, Cost / Budget Management and associated tasks.
You will typically be supporting between 1 and 3 projects at one time and will be driven to develop into the lead on the commercial aspects of the role.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be working as a Quantity Surveyor ideally for a Contractor covering industrial or commercial & Industrial projects and have strong knowledge of commercial contracts, costings and project surveying requirements. A relevant construction qualification (QS Degree) or equivalent with experience of take-off and measurements. Experience with larger projects would be an advantage but not essential.
