Building Physics Engineer | Leeds | Up to £35k
Your new company

Your new role
- Produce SBEM calculations (minimum Level 4 NDEA)
- Producing SAP calculations (OCDEA)
- BREEAM New Construction/In-Use assessments
- Daylight modelling and assessment
- Overheating Assessments
- Produce energy statements/sustainability reports
- Thermal Modelling (Experience in TM52, TM54 and TM59)
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience using SAP software (FSAP preferred)
- Experience using Design Builder or IES software is preferable but training will be provided
- Experience within the construction industry/built environment
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Renewables
