Permanent opportunity for a head of mixed property with a Manchester based consultancy.

Your new company
This is a well known and established consultancy based in Manchester. They specialise in commercial properties across the North West and offer services such as valuation, property management, investment, acquisition, sales and lettings to name a few. They are now in a position to recruit for a head of mixed property in their Manchester office which is located in the city centre, within walking distance of Victoria train station.

Your new role
Looking after a mixed portfolio of properties, on daily basis liaising with clients, tenants and stakeholders. You will conduct property inspections, pre-acquisition advice, tenant liaison and repairs and maintenance.
