Permanent opportunity for a sales valuer and negotiator with a Manchester based estate agency.
Your new company
A market leading estate agency with 7 branches across the North West, currently setting up a new office in South Manchester. They have been present in the industry for over 12 years now and are looking to grow further. They specialise in student accommodation and HMO's alongside residential properties.
Your new role
This role would be based out of their Cheadle office, valuing and selling homes across South Manchester. You will also be responsible for selling (or negotiating leases on) commercial buildings, including newly-built office blocks, factories, shopping centres and industrial units.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be NAEA or equivalent qualified with experience in valuing and selling residential properties. To be successful in this role you will need to have great communication and organisational skills to manage your workload and clients expectations.
