Commercial Property Manager

Permanent opportunity for a commercial property manager working in Manchester.

Your new company
A UK based commercial property investment and management firm looking to grow their team in Manchester. Having recently recruited for them I know they are an excellent and supportive team to work with with all the support you will need.

Your new role
In this role you will be liaising with tenants, delivering lease renewals and rent reviews as well as managing customer expectations. You will be office and site based with regular client contact. On daily basis you will deliver property and asset management aimed at delivering high service, and best return on investment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced commercial property manager looking for a new challenge and ways at managing the portfolio that brings best returns.
