An award winning Housebuilder with sites across the UK is looking to add a senior Technologist to their team due to a period of sustained growth.

Your new role
As a senior Technologist you will be expected to take a lead on various aspects of the design and build process, from creating technical specification packs to getting new sites through planning processes and beyond, ensuring full compliance with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will bring experience from previous roles in high volume housebuilding, as well as knowledge and relevant working examples of value engineering. You will have excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations for new build sites, to go alongside strong AutoCAD skills.
