North West, family run, chartered practice seeking AssocRICS Residential Surveyor (homebased). Full or part-time.


Job Title: AssocRICS Residential Surveyor (homebased) Full and part-time applicants considered.
Location: North West area
Salary: £45,000- £50,000 basic salary + bonus scheme incentive (fee share) + flexible working + additional benefits

Your new company
A well established North West family run chartered surveyors practice, relaxed family friendly company. Due to a period of sustained growth they are opening a new office and are looking to bolster their team with the hire of 2 Senior Residential Surveyors (ideally AssocRICS or chartered). They pride themselves on being an employee led business that has an open door policy and "family feel". With established operations they provide a supportive network in order for a Residential Surveyor to earn maximum fees. As an employee focused business that reward their staff for their hard work a generous fee share scheme is open to all Surveyors.

Your new role
Working on a 6 points a day based system for a full time Senior Surveyor there will be a mixture of Level 2 and Level 3 homebuyer surveys and valuation surveys to be carried out across the North West. Supported by a dedicated operations team that support across administrative and business development functions you will have the opportunity to earn maximum fee share. Other surveys include snagging and inventory surveys. The role will be homebased and completely flexible. Full or part-time hours available.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Senior Surveyor will be fully MRICS chartered or AssocRICS. You must be familiar with residential surveys (homebuyer level 2 and 3). You must be a teamplayer and able to work independently.
