Associate Building Surveyor

New permanent opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to work with with a well established consultancy.

Your new company
This is a well established multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to grow their building surveying presence in Manchester. They are currently a team of 50 min Manchester across M&E, structures, project management and quantity surveying and they are now looking to grow the building surveying division.

Your new role
In this role you will deliver the day to day building surveying services as well as be client facing and grow a team around you.
Predominantly working on commercial sector projects which include, universities, student accommodation, offices and residential properties for social landlords.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS chartered building surveyor looking for the next step in your career. As this is a client facing role you will need to have great communication skills. With time you will also manage junior surveyors, therefore experience managing a team will be beneficial.
