Quantity Surveyor - Boutique Development Management Consultancy

Our client is a real estate development and project management business involved in co-ordinating and managing major signature projects across a mix of asset classes.  They are looking to expand their commercial team and have a requirement for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them.

Reporting to the divisional director, you will be responsible for a range of high-profile development projects focusing on:

• Procurement advise Risk and value management Feasibility studies Cost management services Employers agent / contract administration duties Fund monitoring

To be considered, you will be a qualified MRICS Quantity Surveyor, with a demonstrable track record in cost management across the development cycle; pre-construction, contract management through to handover.
