Premium High End Development Requires Project Manager to deliver. £30million residential

Your new company
Our client are a growing developer with a strong employee proposition in the market. As they commence a large project in a prime residential area in Edinburgh they are seeking to appoint a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to deliver this flagship project.


Your new role
As Senior Project Manager/Project Manager you will be responsible for running all operations onsite by working through your team of site managers and assistants. You will be fully across the commercials and program and have a really strong understanding of construction methodologies and strategies. This is a £30million project with both a new build and refurbishment element so your broad construction experience will see you thrive in this environment.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be from a building and construction background either from a trade or construction management degree. You could be a Senior Site Manager experienced in the delivery of complex new build or refurbishment projects or a project manager versed in the delivery of commercial projects but our client are willing to consider candidates from a range of technical backgrounds. What is essential is the ability to lead , develop and engage a large team of construction professionals along with the ability to work across all of the key stakeholders on a project like this such as architects and design teams etc. This project is in a busy urban environment so experience of working on a similar projects are essential
