Project Manager - National Housebuilder - Traditional build multiphase development £competitive + package

Your new company
A national Housebuilder with project across the South East seeks an experience No.1 to oversee a new flagship project in the East sussex area. Project is due on site shortly and will create 250 new houses, Traditional build construction. As a business they are one of the busiest and most stable developers around, with over 15 live sites currently and multiple new projects due to start this year they are focussed on quality and customer service with NHBC award winning projects the benchmark.

Your new role
As project manager you will be site based reporting to a regional build manager, you will be no.1 on site and responsible for all site based activity. managing the site team you will be heavily involved in programming, site mobilisation, sub contract management, health and safety adherence, progress and budget reporting (via a QS) risk mitigation, highlighting potential design issues and generally ensuring the site is running smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experience Housebuilding No.1, comfortable taking a 200+ unit scheme from site setup through to handover. You will have worked for a large housing developer or housebuilding contractor and be happy working in the Eastbourne area for the foreseeable. You will be looking for a permanent role and be available within the next 4-6 weeks
