Building Surveyor Job, Birmingham Up to £45000 Dependant On Experience APC Support Offered If Required

We are currently recruiting for a renowned global Construction & Property consultancy for its Birmingham office. The company has end clients in both the private and public sector, and conducting work across a vast range of sectors.

Your new role

In your new role in the city of Birmingham, you will be working across a diverse range of projects across different sectors. In this role you will be employed as a Building Surveyor, who is ambitious and eager to develop and progress their career. You will be performing a range of building surveying duties such as building surveys, feasibility studies, dilapidations, defect analysis, and planned maintenance in both the private and public sector.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have MRICS chartership or will be nearing the end of your APC pathway. You will have a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or a similar discipline. You will have a sound understanding of building pathology and have demonstrable experience of this. The successful candidate will also have experience of successful interacting with clients, with excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to prepare written reports.


What you'll get in return

A salary of up to £45,000 is offered, dependant on experience.
