A new role at an amazing research campus with absolutely spectacular working as part of the operations team.

Your new company

Are considered to be the leading UK campus in supporting world class research within early stage bioscience enterprises. They are situated on a phenomenal estate that has both modern laboratories as well beautiful historic buildings. The site has a wealth of amazing facilities including a bar, coffee shop, sports and social clubs, a state-of-the-art gym, tennis courts and a football pitch.

Your new role
You will be the main point of contact for specific contracts whilst ensuring that maintenance in completed upon pre-determined KPI's. You will constantly be busy as this is an extremely fast paced role. You will be liaising with customers to book PPMs both internally and externally with contractors or the on-site team. Continuously look to improve and develop processes and service to maximise the efficiency and to improve the Campus.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be good at written and verbal communication as report writing will be part of the role. The client requires someone that is always prepared to go the extra mile and work well within a team, whilst also being competent in using your own initiative. Excellent customer service skills are an absolute necessity as this is a large part within the role.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of between £25,000 - £33,000 as well as a fantastic package including 25 days annual leave, in addition to bank holidays, totalling to 33 days annual leave! You will also receive an extra 3 days on top of this allowance at Christmas. An extremely generous pension scheme, where you contribute 3% and the employer would contribute 10.5%. You would also be entitled to an annual bonus scheme depending on the profitability of the company this year.
