An opportunity to work within the operations team at a spectacular research campus in Cambridgeshire

Your new company

Are considered to be the leading UK campus in supporting world class research within early stage bioscience enterprises. They are situated on a phenomenal estate that has both modern laboratories as well beautiful historic buildings. The site has a wealth of amazing facilities including a bar, coffee shop, sports and social clubs, a state-of-the-art gym, tennis courts and a football pitch.

Your new role

To be the main point of contact in relation to tenants of the site in regards to dealing with issues and then liaising with both the internal engineering/maintenance team as well as external contractors that may be required for different reasons on site. You will be using a CAFM system in order to monitor and rank different tasks whilst providing information and advice to tenants. You will be responsible for continuously striving to improve the processes and services within the campus whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful it is essential that you have experience of using a CAFM or CMS system. You need to be the face of this amazing company so customer service and communication skills are absolutely essential. You will need to be able to have good leadership skills as you will be managing a small team, whilst constantly liaising with tenants as well as external contractors. Experience of running a busy helpdesk is desirable, especially within a facilities management setting.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a competitive salary of between £35,000 - £39,000 as well as a fantastic package including 25 days annual leave, in addition to bank holidays, totalling to 33 days annual leave! You will also receive an extra 3 days on top of this allowance at Christmas. An extremely generous pension scheme, where you contribute 3% and the employer would contribute 10.5%. You would also be entitled to an annual bonus scheme depending on the profitability of the company this year.
