With a primary focus on Electrical systems, the Director - MEP Electrical Services, will primarily be responsible to support and consult the Pan-European development teams during the pre-development phase including consultant selection, budgeting, project design and buy-out of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building management and controls systems. 

You will provide in-house consultancy services within their Conceptual Construction Group across the European portfolio advising local development teams on best practices of Electrical design and procurement strategies across all asset classes.

Additionally, this position will contribute to the development, ongoing management and sharing of Pan-European resources and standards such as their Europe Master MEP Specification Guidelines, relationship development and management with Engineering Consulting firms and key Manufacturers. 

This position works closely with Pan-European development and construction team members as well as their appointed design team in the design, cost management, programming and other pertinent aspects related to projects from conception through the completion of the preconstruction phase.

You will have a BSc or BEng degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university with a minimum of 10 years of design experience as an Electrical Engineer Professional working with engineering consulting firms involved with large scale projects, preferably in commercial office, residential, logistics and hospitality construction.

Significant travel is required within the role to meet the needs of Projects across 13 Countries.
