Extra Care Scheme Manager Job Available - Tameside, Manchester up to £16.50 per hour

You will be working for one of the largest housing associations in the North West of England, they operate hundreds of retirement living services including independent living and extra care. With over 50 years of experience in social housing & over 30,000 properties across the region they are one of the most experienced and established Housing Associations.

Your new role
You will be the manager of a small Extra Care Scheme in Tameside, the scheme has fewer than 40 residents, as the scheme manager you will be responsible for the safety of the property, tenants welfare, managing voids and any rent arrears. You will work alongside the care providers to ensure the tenants are getting a well rounded service. Please note this is a 12 month contract,

- 9am to 5pm (mon to fri)
- 35 hours per week

What you'll need to succeed
Scheme manager experience is essential, extra care experience is desirable but not essential. You will need to be available full time Monday to Friday and have experience dated within the past 2 years. update service DBS is preferable but not essential.

What you'll get in return
£23,950
Up to £16.50 per hour (umbrella)
34 days holiday
