Assembly Operative working in a large car manufacturing plant.
Your new company
HAYS Recruitment are working in partnership with our client LOTUS CARS, a well known and prestigious car manufacturer based in Hethel to recruit for a number of General Operatives.
This will be a permanent position and offers candidates an opportunity to start a new and exciting career.
Your new role
Working as a GENERAL OPERATIVE at LOTUS CARS.
- You will be responsible for assembling Lotus cars
- You will be fully trained, no experience necessary
- You will be provided with full uniform and boots
- Joining a diverse and welcoming team
- Be part of an exciting project, working on sports cars.
What you'll get in return
This can become a permanent role for successful applicants.
The basic salary for this position will £20,275 per annum, with the opportunity to earn increased Overtime rates also.
There are two shifts available currently, days & twilights.
DAY SHIFT:
The typical working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 6.30am to 4.30pm.
Friday will be on a flexi-time basis, if required you will finish at 1pm on Fridays.
Saturday & Sundays will be available when required on an increased Overtime rate.
TWILIGHT SHIFT:
The typical working hours will be Monday to Thursday 4:30pm to 2:00am.
Friday will be on a flexi-time basis, if required you will finish at approximately 10pm.
Saturdays & Sundays will be available when required on an increased overtime rate.
BONUS ENTITLEMENT (twilight shift only)
£25.80 per shift
