Facilities Manager

In-house Facilities Manager role available within a large household name client based in Manchester. Candidates must have a solid understanding of hard services delivery across a multi-site operation.

Your new role

• Managing a small team of Facilities Management professionals
• Estate compromises over 100 buildings
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Hard services emphasis with M&E, Fabric, and HVAC key delivery areas
• Manage TFM contracts and niche service providers
• Be responsible and accountable for H&S, compliance, and statutory requirements
• Liaise with small works team over new works, refreshes, and acquired premises integrated
• Travel to sites is required occasionally

What you'll need to succeed

• Facilities Management multi-site background
• Strong experience of hard services
• Technical expertise in compliance, auditing, and H&S
• Good communication skills
• Ability to influence key stakeholders including internal customers, contractors, and senior management
