HVAC Engineer - £37k- static- Flexible work pattern
Your new company
You will be working for a leading provider who operate for one of the most prestigious sites in Central London. The Client is looking for highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join their fast-growing team of 45 engineers. This is static role working a flexible shift pattern of 33hours (excluding lunchbreaks). The working hours will be 3x 12 hour shifts 7am to 7pm, including an hour for lunch unpaid, and another flexible 20-minute break (paid), alternating between Monday to Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday. The role we will be paying from 27,400- £37,000 depending on experience on the successful candidate.
Your new role
You will be part of a diverse maintenance team of plumbers, electrical and mechanical engineers covering a mixture of both reactive and planned preventative maintenance. You'll be diagnosing faults in heating ventilation and air conditioning units and carrying out reactive repairs to maintain services, fabrication and repair of metal components to support other trades in their work, understanding of building management systems, commissioning and decommissioning services are just some of the tasks you can expect in your work.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll hold a relevant HVAC qualification, City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 recommended, have previous experience of heating, air-condition and mechanical maintenance in similar environments. You'll have a strong work ethic and be capable of working independently as well as part of a team and will be comfortable with and aware of the demands of working a customer-facing role.
