Job Title: Graduate/ APC Building Surveyor
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £24,000-£30,000 basic salary + excellent benefits

Highly successful North West SME Real Estate Consultancy have recently opened a new office in Liverpool expanding their current North West business are seeking Graduate/ APC Building Surveyor as part of this growth.

The Opportunity

Specialists in Commercial Building Surveying + Project Development consultancy they have been able to attract and retain an enviable roster of clients capable of delivering projects from feasibility stage to completion. Typical clients include; national corporate companies, high street retailers, housing providers, investment funds, national leisure chains, the public sector, education authorities, healthcare providers, developers and private occupiers.

The Role
As a Graduate/APC Building Surveyor you will be rotating around different service streams to ensure the breadth and depth of experience required to pass the APC. You will be enrolled on a dedicated CPD programme requiring weekly presentations/training/workshops covering all Mandatory and Core Competencies to support your learning and help you achieve the APC requirements.

What you need to succeed
A degree in Building Surveying
Good communication skills and work ethic
Ideally some industry experience!
