Your new role

The company have a rare opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office and kick start their career as a Building Surveyor. Within this role, you will be taking full ownership of jobs so you will need to be motivated and pro-active. You will be required to carry out property inspection and generate building surveys based on your findings. You will be presenting these reports and your findings to the relevant stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have obtained a degree from a RICS accredited course or equivalent, and have some experience with a Building Surveying role or similar, where you will have gained an understanding of the fundamentals of Building Surveying. You will need a genuine passion for the industry, have excellent communication skills, take a pro-active approach to your work, and be able to prioritise and organise your own workload. You will also have experience of using AutoCAD.

What you'll get in return

A salary of up to £32,000 is offered for this role dependant on experience. You will also receive full APC support in order to work towards gaining RICS Chartership.
