Property Manager

As one of the leading Property Business' in the South, this company employs in excess of 350 staff across South London and Home Counties. They been proving to provide exceptional property services for over 30 years and is recognised as an Industry leader, with have 40 offices and 10 Divisions.

As a Property Manager in the North Kent office you will be tasked with managing a large portfolio of residential lettings properties, delivering a fast, effective, and professional service to their landlords. The environment is fast paced, and you need to be conscientious, hardworking, and driven to produce results.

A clean driving licence is required. Use of a Pool car is provided for Company business.

Your new role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout South East London and Kent
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
• Liaising with lettings negotiators across the branch network
• Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
• Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
• Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
• Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
• Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
• Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
• Handling tenancy deposit returns
• Recovery of rent arrears
• Service of notices, S21 and S8

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience working within a similar environment along with managing residential properties.

What you'll get in return
In return, you can expect a rate of up to £19 per hour.
