Senior Project Manager - PBSA Developer, Owner, Operator

A Global Real Estate Investment Management Firm has further UK expansion plans so is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Development Manager to join their development team and work closely with the Head of Development.  The key focus of this position will be PBSA with a view to exploring the BTR market in the near future.

The candidate will assist and deliver towards the full life-cycle development process from land acquisition through to completion and handover. Due to the current pipeline, the role has a 75% bias on the delivery side.

We’d be keen to hear from you if:

• You have 5 years + of experience managing projects with a value of  £10 - £70 million from inception to completion. This could be with a Developer, Main Contractor or Consultancy. PBSA experience would be an advantage but happy to look at candidates with good BTR / Later Living /  Residential exposure Well versed in all aspects of the design and construction process. Demonstrated experience as a project manager of several project teams at various stages of construction. Want to be part of a busy and growing team, which currently stands at 7 people.
