Your new role
Your new role will see you joining a structural team of 18, producing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit for clients in the commercial, residential, industrial, health and education sectors up to around £50m. Your new role will also have an affordable housing focus and involve some large scale public regeneration. Recent flagship projects include a 1,500 unit student accommodation, Liverpool Street Gateway Project and the Royal Liverpool Hospital.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need a minimum of 3 years' relevant UK industry experience and be a proficient user of AutoCAD and Revit. You will also need to be able to commute into Liverpool city centre multiple times per week, although your new is easily accessible and just a few minutes walk away from major train stations. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
