Senior/Principal/Associate Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer based in Liverpool City Centre


Your new company
Your new company currently has 75 staff across 4 offices in the UK and is expanding into Liverpool, where your new office will be. You will be joining a multidisciplinary organisation that completes the detailed design in a wide range of sectors including industrial, residential, education, commercial and nuclear.

Your new role
Your new role will see you entering the organisation at either a senior, principal or associate position depending on your current level and it is expected that you will be able to pick up and run a number of projects independently. Some examples of projects include a 400 unit student residential site, hotels, car show rooms and nuclear power stations. You will be completing the detailed design of all the surrounding drainage and infrastructure. With the new office looking to expand quickly, you will soon be leading a small team of technicians and graduates whilst aiding their development. Entering at the principal or associate level, there will be more of an expectation to contribute with business development, however this is not essential.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to be fluent in AutoCAD, Microdrainage and Civil3D and have at least 5+ years' of strong industry experience across a variety of the relevant sectors. You will also require the ability to commute into Liverpool city centre 3 days a week.
