Your new role
Your new role will be to help a regional contractor on one of two projects. One is a refurbishment in the centre of Bristol and the other is a care home on the outskirts of Bristol. The projects are both long-term and have the same requirement for a QS'. (With the relevant background to each)

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must be able to demonstrate within your CV the ability of starting projects, dealing with the client, working in a commercial team and delivering projects. One project is 5million the other is 20million

What you'll get in return
The role is outside IR35, you will have the opportunity of a long term placement and work within the Bristol area.
