Trainee Quantity Surveyor Norfolk

Is a very well established commercial and residential developer

Your new role

  • Cost management of post-contract projects
  • Procurement of subcontract packages
  • Valuation of works complete on live schemes
  • Assistance in preparation of tender submissions



What you'll need to succeed

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork & communication skills
  • Able to use all Microsoft systems & relevant job specific programmes
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts & associated documents



What you'll get in return

  • Permanent
  • Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience
  • Pension
