Associate Director Corporate Assets
Merseyside Police is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Assets to lead and deliver the Force Estates, Facilities Management and Vehicle Fleet Strategy.

Our Force covers a geographical area of 647 square kilometres and currently employs over 6,000 people in a variety of roles, with a diverse and complex built environment portfolio of c. 70 buildings to support this. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to serve as an integral member of the Director of Resources Senior Leadership Team contributing to the overall strategic direction of Merseyside Police. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction, development, and execution of a range of programmes looking at the modernisation/rationalisation of the estate portfolio across the region, with ambitious plans to invest significant capital over the next decade. This role will also be responsible for Vehicle Fleet and Transport functions ensuring a pipeline that meets current and future operational needs.
