Commercial Manager – Investor / Developer
London
Privately owned real estate company with a strong presence across the PBSA, BTR, Regeneration and Hotel sectors is currently looking to expand its team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Manager in London.
MRICS, you will be experienced in cost planning and main contractor procurement and will help the business establish process within this function.
This role may suit a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager from a contractor, a consultant or a client organisation. The team is small so there is no where to hide. Hence you will be confident about your ability and knowledge within the London market and particularly procurement within the above sectors.
You will work closely with and report into the Construction Director to help the business as a whole achieve their aggressive growth forecast.
