Small Works Manager

Your new company
You will work for an FM contractor who specialise in MOD projects. You will be based in Lincolnshire working on a mixture of projects on site.

Your new role
You will work as a Small Works Project Manager ensuring works carried out are to the agreed timelines and compliance. You will work with the stakeholders updating them on the details of the projects, and support the management and mitigation of risk.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in managing construction projects as well as experience in managing costs. You will have a construction related qualification and be keen to work for the MOD.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic salary of £38000 - £42000 and car allowance of £3600 and a lucrative pension.
