We are excited to be recruiting for a renowned multi-national construction and property consultancy for their Birmingham office in the West Midlands. The company works alongside some of the world's largest companies and brands in a multitude of different sectors across the construction and property industries.


Your new role

Within this role you will be working within the Retail Cost Management team. You will be working on a variety of projects nationwide within the commercial retail sector including city centre and shopping centre regenerations alongside many other notable projects.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have extensive cost management experience with a detailed knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and cost planning post MRICS. You will also have a strong knowledge of constriction procurement methods with knowledge of contract and tendering methods. You will be able to administer construction contracts as Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent. Experience within the commercial and retail sectors would be advantageous. The right candidate will also have demonstrable team management skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


What you'll get in return

For the successful applicant there is a salary of up to £65,000 dependant on experience. You will also receive a car allowance of £4.5K, 26 days holiday, plus a healthy pension contribution and private personal health cover.
