Housing Officer

Experienced Housing Officers required in Manchester, full time for 4 months - £31.5k per annum

Your new role
You will be working as a Housing Officer in South Manchester providing support to the community with issues such as ASB, income, tenant welfare, community engagement & tenancy sustainment. The role is full time Monday - Friday working 35 hours per week with a salary of over £31k per annum.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working in a tenancy sustainment type role such as a housing officer, neighbourhood officer or ASB officer. You must have a driving licence and access to your own car although your patch will be small so the amount of driving will be minimal (mileage is paid at 45 pence per mile)

What you'll get in return
You will be paid over £31k per year, this will be weekly pay direct to your bank, you will accrue up to 34 days holiday per year and you will be in post for 4 months with the possibility of an extension.
