Working for one the largest leading providers in the education industry located in Central London. The dynamic nature of the University provides a consistently challenging and engaging place of work, encompassing commercial and residential setting .


Your new role
You will work within a lively maintenance team of highly experienced multi-skilled engineers covering mainly reactive and planned preventative maintenance within the University. You will be responsible for the provision of repairs, refurbishment, and operation of the company, as well as carrying out the service and maintenance of a diverse range of electrical equipment in accordance with current standards and health and safety procedures. This will be a Monday-Friday working from 8:30am-5:30pm.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will need to possess City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 qualified in a relevant electrical certificate. Your previous maintenance experience within commercial or public sector environments will be beneficial, as will familiarity with inspection, testing and fault finding. You will have a strong work ethic and be capable of working independently as well as part of a team and will be comfortable with and aware of the demands of working a customer-facing role. Also have experience working within universities or schools' settings.
