Head of Energy and Sustainability
Your new company
We are working with a well-known Firm with over 45 years + experience. They specialise in Building services, Facilities Management, Specialist Projects, and Energy & Sustainability. They have vast projects from new builds, Hotels, Industrial, Luxury living spaces and many more. They have an average employee retention of five years.
Your new role
You will be advising and supporting the directors and the engineers with developing, promoting and implementing energy and sustainability straggles of their ongoing projects. You will be bringing in the new business for the firm. You will be leading your own team which will be working across different sectors such as Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Retail and Residential.
What you will need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience.
- Management experience
- Degree qualified to ideally masters level
- Develop and grow the ESD team
- Commercial awareness
- Client facing experience
- Expert knowledge on Zero carbon
- Advice and delivery on projects to be zero carbon
- A full working understanding on Building Regulations Part L
- Knowledge of passive designs techniques ( Orientation, Glazing Ratios , U-Values)
- Knowledge of energy modelling
- Understanding of BREEAM assessments
- Working knowledge of Circular knowledge
- Achieve Project Profitability
