We are working with a well-known Firm with over 45 years + experience. They specialise in Building services, Facilities Management, Specialist Projects, and Energy & Sustainability. They have vast projects from new builds, Hotels, Industrial, Luxury living spaces and many more. They have an average employee retention of five years.

Your new role

You will be reporting to the Associate Building Performance Consultant and working within the Sustainable Design within the Built Environment.


What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Building Physics modelling
• Thermal Comfort
• Overheating Analysis (TM59 & TM52)
• Whole Life Carbon Analysis
• Ensure compliance with the client's procedures
• Ensure adherence to H&S Requirements
• High level of oral and written communication
• Practical knowledge of IES-VE and SAP
• Practical knowledge of PART L
• Knowledge of overheating/Thermal comfort analysis
• Technical analysis
