Land Consent/ Senior Land Consent Coordinator

Major Utility Connection Provider seeking a Senior Land Consent Coordinator in Warrington, flexible working.

Job Title: Senior Land Consent Coordinator/ Land Consent Coordinator
Location: Warrington, home based flexible working options
Salary: £25,000-£40,000 basic salary + excellent benefits package

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who can demonstrate an understanding of land acquisition, to join a leading SME business that care about it s employees and is able to provide a clear platform for career development. Open to considering all levels of experience either a Land Consent Coordinator or Senior Land Consent Coordinator would be considered.

Your new role
The Senior Land Consent Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with Land Agents and Planning Law Professional to ensure that the requirements of the business from a land perspective are fulfilled. Main duties of the role include:

• Liaising with Stakeholders of the business to identify land requirements for developments that the business is partnered with. Delivering updates throughout the development process.
• Liaising with external Land Agents and Planning Law professionals the requirements of the business, communicating with them throughout the process to ensure land is acquired on time and meets development requirements.
• Developing relationships with external land professionals, reviewing and improving on land consent processes.
• Maintaining awareness of health and safety and sustainability goals for a development.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Land Consent Coordinator/ Senior Land Consent Coordinator will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of land procurement and have experience working within the built environment. You must to be highly organised and be a confident communicator. An education background in Planning Law or Real Estate would be considered to be highly beneficial.
