We are excited to work with a leading global Consultancy offering expertise in Building Services, Sustainability and Construction based in London.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be working with the sustainability/Building sector, you will working on multiple projects. You will designing and working on solutions on how to make a building more sustainable and reduce carbon footprint. You will be working on various projects from different sectors like Aviation, Cities and Development, Education and Energy. some projects may require you to be eligible for Security clearance

What You'll Need To Succeed

• A Minimum of 2 years of experience in building physics engineering
• Mix of Mechanical Building Services and Building Physics Skills
• Low carbon energy assessor
• Producing PART L and EPC Reports, Thermal Comfort Reports
• LZC Reports
• Project Leader experience (Desired but not necessary)
• Project delivery
• Budget costings
• Knowledge of British and European Standards and Building Regulations
• Building design for Environmental and energy efficiency.
• Professional Membership - CIBSE, IET, IMechE
• Eligible for security clearance
• Thermal modelling using IES VE Dynamics Simulation Software
• Daylight analysis
• Energy modelling and assessment
