Repairs Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a repairs surveyor working with a housing association in Manchester.

Your new company

You will be working as part of the repairs and maintenance programme delivering building surveys, pre and post inspections. This housing association offers a flexible working arrangement where you can work 2-3 days from home. Your new role
In this role you will be delivering building surveys specifically focusing on building defects and building pathology. Day to day you will liaise with the tenants and manage their expectations. The projects mainly involve reactive maintenance work.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have previous experience working either for a housing association or a local authority, working on reactive maintenance. You will be an organised individual, able to prioritise your workload and have excellent knowledge of building defects and pathology.
