Project manager (No.1 on site) - 75 unit New build apartment scheme, SE London - Permanent role £competitive

Your new company
A SE London based Main contractor focused on Residential schemes in the Greater London area. Working on projects of between 30 - 100 units, typically apartment schemes they have successfully expanded steadily over the past 5 years to now being one of the areas largest house builders. With approximately 10 live site and a further 3 due on site this year they now seek an experienced project manager to oversee a flagship scheme in the SE London area. The project is a 45 unit apartment scheme over 1 block, RC frame, logistically challenging site

Your new role
You will be no.1 on site overseeing a flagship Residential Development in the SE London area, Heading a team of 3 and reporting to the Construction director you will be responsible from RC frame stage onward's
. Duties include short term programming, Sub contract management and direction, Managing site diary, Liaising with Client, Head office and other external stakeholders, Ensuing health and safety and generally looking after the best interests of the company commercially and contractually

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced senior site manager or project manager with a clear background of delivering residential apartment schemes, ideally RC frame construction. You will fully i.t literate, hold valid first aid, CSCS, SMSTS qualifications,You will be looking for a permanent role and be comfortable working in the SE London area on a long term basis.
