Leading Residential Developer Seeks Site Manager to assist in the completion of development in Edinburgh

Your new company
Our client are a leading residential developer with projects running across the central belt. One of their flagship projects in nearing completion and requires a freelance Site Manager to assist in getting it over the line.


Your new role
As Site Manager you will be responsible for running a section of works reporting to an experienced construction manager. A key part of the role will be to get apartments and houses snagged completely and handed over so attention to detail and excellent internal trades knowledge is important.


What you'll need to succeed
This role is for an experienced site manager seeking a short term option. You will ideally have strong residential experience and can come with positive and detailed references of previous work completed in housebuilding or residential development.
