A social housing maintenance company based in Liverpool are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Manager to join their team. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, They know the industry like the back of their hands. They are a General Building Contractor that have been serving Social Housing Clients across the North West since 1996. They offer a variety of services from Repairs and Maintenance through to Developments.

Your new role

As the Reactive Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for running the day to day trades team. You will co-ordinate with the trades along with the administrators in the office.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience having worked on maintenance projects along with managing a team of trades is preferred.
