Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a building surveyor to work with a consultancy in Greater Manchester.

Your new company
A consultancy based in Greater Manchester looking to grow their team by another 4 this year. They work closely with social landlords and are currently looking for a graduate surveyor/ expert witness surveyor to join their team.

Your new role
In this role you will be looking at building pathology and disrepair and deliver expert witness reports on disrepair cases. You may also be involved in the projects side of the business working on projects up to the value of £1 million.

What you'll need to succeed
Graduate building surveyor or on the way to becoming chartered looking to work on residential sector projects across social housing, retirement accommodation and some commercial work. You will need to have excellent knowledge of building defects and building pathology.

What you'll get in return
Alongside a competitive salary, you will be paid mileage at 45 pence per mile, there is 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, discretionary bonus and excellent opportunity to progress and help to grow the business and become chartered.
