MRICS Trading Valuer

Permanent opportunity for an MRICS Trading Valuer to work with a consultancy in Manchester.

Your new role
In this role you will be focusing on delivering valuations on trading properties, including bars, restaurants, care homes and doctor surgeries. The work is already here so there will be no need for much business development, though you will be liaising with the tenants and clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a MRICS chartered valuer with previous experience delivering valuations on trading properties, such as the ones mentioned above. You will be able to work autonomously with great communication skills and attention to detail.
