Valuation Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a valuation surveyor, to work with a Manchester based consultancy.

Your new company
An international specialist consultancy, advising in buying and selling of commercial properties. These include hotels, pubs, restaurants, childcare, healthcare, convenience retail, leisure and medical. They are currently looking to grow their valuation team in Manchester and you could have the opportunity to be a part of this growth as well as getting all the support you need to become a chartered surveyor, all you need to do is show the drive that you do want it!

Your new role
Working as part of the valuation team in Manchester you will be working on interesting projects across the North West. You will be able to work on projects that interest you whether they are in retail, commercial office space, leisure or healthcare.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a graduate in real estate surveying with a couple of years experience working in the industry in valuation or business rates. You will be an ambitious individual, keen to progress your career.
