Site Manager - Tier 1 Main contractor

A Leading tier one main contractor working across the country on projects of all types and sizes. With multiple successful division's a strong orderbook and equally strong profits the business is going from strength to strength. Due to several recent Project awards along with new phases opening on major projects a need has arisen for a permanent site manager to join Residential arm of the business on a flagship scheme in the East London area. Working on a large multiphased residential scheme programmed for the next 5 years minimum the role will be working alongside an experienced senior manager to deliver a 75 unit apartment block which is currently at RC frame stages.

Your new role
You will be working closely with a Senior site manager to deliver a new build block of 75 units, You will be heavily involved in sub contract management, quality control, Health and safety enforcement and reporting. You will have an excellent understanding of the sequencing of an apartment scheme and be comfortable with the reporting and high standards expected form a tier 1 contractor.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a site manager or strong assistant with a strong residential background, ideally with a larger main contractor. You will be comfortable working on a fast paced professional site and be driven to progress in the business up to Sen site manager and beyond. You will have experience of all phases of construction from Groundworks and frame though to internal fitout and handover, You will hold valid 1st aid, CSCS and SMSTS qualifications, Academic or trades backgrounds considered
