Your new company
A fast growing Refurbishment and Fit-Out Contractor based in Northamptonshire who cover a wide range of projects including civil, residential, commercial, heritage and industrial.

Your new role
As an Estimator you will be reporting to the Managing Director and utilising your skills to price up projects on site which can range from newly voided spaces, re-purposing, annual maintenance and full fit out including M&E and flooring. You will have training on the projects and company processes to work together towards their project goals.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of estimating on jobs which could be as a trainee or more experienced worker. You will understand the process of getting a project priced up, cost plans, procuring subcontractors and understand the timings to get each process followed through.
You will be an excellent communicator and work well in a team as well as on your own.
