Rare opportunity for a Development Project Manager to join one of the largest Listed Real Estate Investment Companies.

You’ll focus on a combination of new and refurbishment Retail and Commercial projects, ranging in scale across the UK and operating out of HQ in London. As some travel is involved you can be based outside of London and happy to travel in 3 days a week. The role will be managing the development process from inception through to successful delivery of projects and working closely with the Asset and Property Management Team.

The right candidates

  • Will possess experience across a range of sectors particularly Offices, Retail and Leisure.
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Have a highly collaborative, personable and persuasive approach
  • Hold a relevant chartership such as MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM
