Customer Service Advisor - £20,000 annually - Manchester, Salford Quays - Fulltime Temporary - Fully Office
Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a Fulltime Temporary Customer Service Advisor. This role is based in Manchester, Salford Quays and is immediate starting.
Your new role
In this role you will be dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis, communicating with these customers on the phone, email, web chat or SMS in the aim to help resolve any queries or update their details on the system. You will be registering any new customers and finding out what they are looking for. You will undertake any additional task given to you by your team leader
