Job Details
Opportunity for a sustainability manager to join one of the largest listed real estate development companies and be responsible for leading and implementing their sustainability strategy across their existing assets.
The role will be focussed on operational performance at the asset level, supporting asset and property management teams in all aspects of sustainability management including the delivery of asset level net zero pathways and wider sustainability KPIs. As you grow and evolve with position you will have the opportunity to also work on the development of new projects.
You will have been working in a sustainability focused position within the built environment for circa 5 years +.
Have Experience of NABERS, EPC modelling, BREEAM In-use, WELL, Home Quality Mark.
Be happy to represent the company at industry events and working groups.
Hybrid working policy in place.
