Associate Structural Engineer - £50,000 pa - Perm Role - CICE Required

Your new role
As the Associate Structural Engineer you will lead a team of Structural Engineers with varying levels of experience. You will be the key point of contact for your clients. You will be expected to constantly review, sign off and coordinate the workload plus your ability to lead, train and develop your team will be a constant requirement.
You will ensure cost-control and invoice accuracy whilst managing resources for all projects under your supervision.
You will consistently plan and deliver high-quality designs, drawings and reports. Projects will include concrete, steel, masonry and timber along with soils, foundations and drainage. Furthermore you will undertake thorough site investigations and inspections ensuring health and safety is upheld to the highest standards at all times.
You will contribute to the creation of realistic and competitive fee proposals for future projects. Persistently maintain clear and concise lines of communication and representing the company at meetings as required.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be capable with AutoCAD, Tekla and REVIT.
You will be a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers and/or the Institution of Civil Engineers.
5+ years experience ideally working at a consultancy.
